Live Your Peak.

We bring high altitude training, structure and community together to help you rise and live your peak.

Our reduced oxygen environment challenges both body and mind and removes chaos, guesswork and one size fits all programming.

Every session has intent.
Every session follows a clear structure.
Every member trains with purpose toward progress that is personal to them.

Your peak might be strength, endurance, resilience or confidence. It might simply be feeling better in your body. Wherever you are starting from, we are here to help you move higher.

Why we train at altitude.

The Altitude Advantage

Training at altitude builds efficiency under constraint. When oxygen is limited, your body learns to work smarter, stay composed and manage effort with intent.

That awareness does not disappear when conditions change. Many members notice training on the ground feels more manageable, more controlled and more purposeful.

Altitude creates the challenge. Consistency and structure determine how that work shows up beyond the room.

K2 Icon

Training That’s Guided, Not Guesswork.

A System Designed Around You

You do not need to know which class to choose, how hard to push, or how to structure your training. That is our role.

Training at K2 is delivered through a consistent, coach led system. Sessions and themes change, but the structure stays the same so you can focus on moving well and managing effort while we guide pacing, flow and intent.

We use simple cues to help you regulate intensity, moving through phases of controlled effort, increased challenge and short, purposeful intensity. This allows people with different goals, fitness levels and backgrounds to train together, each working at the right level for their body on the day.

Understanding your starting point

Some members choose to use VO2 max testing to gain a clearer picture of how their body uses oxygen during training.

We use lab grade VO2 Master technology to directly measure aerobic capacity, key thresholds and training zones. The system is lightweight and wearable, allowing testing to reflect natural movement rather than lab based restriction. Results are available immediately and help inform pacing, effort and long term progress, while also giving our coaches clearer insight to guide training choices that may be most impactful for you.

Others prefer to train without data, using coached cues and perceived effort alone. Both approaches are supported. Our coaches adapt guidance as your goals, fitness and confidence evolve.

Your peak is personal. How much information you use along the way is always your choice.

Coaching and Community

Coached With Care. Backed by Community.

Our coaches are here to assess, guide and support, not to push one‑size‑fits‑all intensity.

They observe how you move, how you respond to effort and how your training develops over time. From there, they help you make informed decisions about how to train well, not just what to do next.

We train in small groups because community matters. Training alongside others builds accountability, energy and momentum, while the coaching ensures your experience remains personal.

This is a space where progress is individual and community makes it sustainable.
